1) HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE AND AM I ABLE TO TRACK IT?

Our current processing time to complete orders is 3-5 business days - sometimes we may need more time and sometimes we may not - it all depends on the order placed.  Shipping length will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

2) DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS AND WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND?

Yes of course, custom orders are our favourite! At this time, I am only taking custom orders for the 15oz mugs, please click on the link above and send us your ideas, we will be happy to help! Custom orders can be designed and ready in 3-5 business days and we always send a proof of the design before the mug is pressed.

3) DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?

Absolutely! If you are local to Niagara, ON, you can select the local pick up option at checkout to save money on shipping and once your order is ready for pick up, you'll receive an email with pick up instructions.

4) I HAVE PICKED A MUG OFF YOUR SITE, BUT I'M WONDERING IF I CAN MAKE A CHANGE? 

Colours can be changed and names can be added or changed depending on the mug choice. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out! You can also enter the changes you would like made in the order notes section during checkout.

Examples:

  • If you choose the Cannaboss mug, the mandala leaf can be changed to any colour or made to match the mug colour that has been picked. 
  • Mugs can be personalized with a name instead of the same image on the opposite side.
  • Grandma/Grandpa can be changed to Nana/Papa etc.

5) WHAT ARE THE MUG SPECIFICATIONS AND HOW DO I PROPERLY CARE FOR THEM?

All mugs are 15oz in size and are double sided with multiple mug colours to choose from and mug images are printed using high-quality sublimation ink and heat pressed to make the image permanent.  Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, but the image will fade after time if not hand washed. Please note that colour may vary slightly from monitor to print due to monitor settings.

6) DO YOU OFFER BULK ORDERING FOR BUSINESSES AND/OR PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS?

Yes and we love saving our customers money! Please message me here for more details and questions re: bulk ordering.

7) CAN YOU SEND AN ORDER FROM ME TO ANOTHER RECIPIENT ON MY BEHALF?

Yes! To get an order sent directly to the recipient, please fill out their address details on the shipping page and if you would like a note included - just let us know in the order note section at checkout!
